CHICAGO — United Airlines Holdings Inc. on Wednesday was scheduled to release its second-quarter 2026 financial results, with investors awaiting details on revenue, profitability and demand trends as the U.S. carrier navigates higher fuel costs and shifting travel conditions.

The airline said it would discuss its quarterly performance during a conference call on Thursday, July 16, following the release of its financial results. United had not yet published the second-quarter earnings report as of July 15.

Ahead of the report, United’s investor materials showed the company expected adjusted diluted earnings per share for the second quarter to be between $1 and $2. The airline also maintained a full-year 2026 adjusted diluted earnings per share outlook of $7 to $11, according to guidance released earlier in the year.

The company’s upcoming results are being watched closely as airlines face pressure from fuel prices, capacity decisions and changes in passenger demand. Market analysts have focused on United’s ability to manage operating costs while maintaining revenue growth in a competitive domestic and international aviation market.
