Lenovo Reports Record Revenue Driven by Expanding AI Server Demand

BEIJING — Lenovo Group Ltd. reported record revenue for its fiscal fourth quarter driven by strong demand for AI servers, the company said on Thursday.

The Chinese technology company, the world's largest personal computer maker, posted group revenue of US$21.6 billion for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, up 27 percent year-on-year, marking an all-time high for a fiscal fourth quarter.

Adjusted net income doubled year-on-year to US$559 million, Lenovo said in a statement. AI-related revenue grew 84 percent year-on-year and accounted for 38 percent of total group revenue in the quarter.

The results reflect continued momentum in Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group, where revenue has been boosted by AI server sales to cloud service providers and enterprises. The company has highlighted its hybrid AI strategy, which spans devices, infrastructure and services.

In the prior third quarter, Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group achieved record revenue of US$5.2 billion, up 31 percent year-on-year, with AI server revenue posting high double-digit growth and a pipeline of US$15.5 billion. Neptune liquid-cooling technology revenue grew 300 percent year-on-year.

"AI has become a leading growth engine for the Group," Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang said in remarks accompanying earlier quarterly results.

The company has targeted long-term revenue of US$100 billion, supported by expansion in AI PCs, GPU servers and related infrastructure.

Lenovo's Intelligent Devices Group, which includes PCs and smartphones, has also benefited from AI features in new products. Earlier quarters showed PC revenue growth and record market share in Windows AI PCs.

The fiscal fourth-quarter results complete Lenovo's strongest year on record, according to the company. Full-year details were not immediately available in the announcement.
