The university's welcome portal advises incoming students that invitations to create an applicant account will be sent by email to those holding unconditional offers, while enrolment for all students is scheduled to begin in August. The institution also reminded students to check spam or junk folders if expected communications do not arrive, and directed those with unresolved issues to contact the university's welcome team.
Among the most frequently raised questions are problems creating applicant accounts, including verifying student identification numbers, email addresses and password requirements. The university's online guidance outlines troubleshooting steps before students seek additional support.
Leeds Beckett has also expanded information for students preparing to graduate. According to the university, graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2026 are scheduled to take place from July 13 to July 17 at the first direct arena in Leeds, while registration, gown collection, photography and post-ceremony celebrations will be hosted at the university's City Campus. Eligible 2026 graduates, along with a limited number of students who deferred from 2025, are expected to receive invitations.
The university said degree certificates will be posted after awards have been formally confirmed rather than distributed during ceremonies. It also advised students that official ceremony tickets would be emailed shortly before their allocated event and that ceremonies would be livestreamed for relatives and friends unable to attend in person. Accessibility arrangements, including hearing-loop facilities and complementary carer tickets where required, are also available through the booking process, according to the guidance.
For prospective applicants, Leeds Beckett continues to promote its undergraduate open days, explaining that advance booking is required and that visitors can meet academic staff, current students and tour teaching facilities and accommodation.
